Brien Wloch, Managing Partner

Brien Wloch has over 30-years of experience in the commercial real estate industry closing over $15 billion in loans. Prior to forming Dearborn Capital Partners and working with T2, Brien led the Midwest and National CMBS offices for J.P. Morgan.   He also originated CMBS loans for Barclays and Deutsche Bank.

Over his career, Brien has bought and owned several commercial real estate projects including condominium and apartment projects, retail centers, manufactured housing parks, office buildings and industrial properties.

Brien understands the frustrations that property owners and borrowers have with lenders and he works closely with his clients to identify the needs and goals of each deal, and then he delivers.
